Information Collection and Use
Navigator Maps Ltd is registered with the Data Protection Action (Registration No. Z7138025). We will remain the sole owner of all information obtained from visitors to our site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Navigator Maps Ltd obtains information from our users at several different points on our web site.

Mailing List
In order to include visitors on our mailing list, a visitor must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their email address. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site, notice of future developments and where indicated, for use by any visitor to the web site to make contact with them by the options available, as specified by that company. Any correspondance between any visitor participating in the mailing list offered by Navigator Maps Ltd., will remain strictly confidential at all times.

Order
We request information from the visitor on our order form. Here a visitor must provide contact information (like name and personal address) and additional information (like phone number etc). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfil customer’s orders. If we have trouble, for whatever reason, processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor who placed the order.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, the goods you have ordered are not to your satisfaction, please return them to us in the original packing and in resalable condition within 7 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the goods. You will be liable for all postage charges when returning items.

Faulty Goods

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods if they are faulty, or damaged in any way, and we will arrange a replacement at our expense (subject to availability).

Non Delivery

If, in the rare event that your order is lost in the post, and is not received after 7 working days in the UK and 14 days overseas, please contact us as soon as possible and we will send a replacement at our expense (subject to availability) or we will arrange a full refund.

Discounts

Member discounts are applied to all on-screen prices where online purchases can be made. Promotional discounts are automatically applied and any other discounts cannot be used in conjunction with these discounts. If you wish to set up online trade discount to enable online purchasing, please contact us to set this up for you.

Explicit reference to particular Copyright ownership is not shown unless stated as requirement in either a contract or by express written request.

Navigator Maps Ltd, accepts no liability for copyright infringement in the event of images, trademarks, logos and brand names being taken from this site and used by an unauthorised third party.
